Refund Policy

1. Nature of Digital Product

1.1 Digital Service Acknowledgment

By purchasing Travessure's software-as-a-service (SaaS) product, the customer explicitly acknowledges and agrees that:

- The product is a digital service providing immediate access to software functionality

- Immediate access constitutes full product delivery

- No physical goods are exchanged in this transaction

2. Credit Policy Instead of Refunds

2.1 Credit Issuance

- Instead of cash refunds, Travessure offers Service Credits

- Credits are valid for future purchases of Travessure services

- Service Credits will be issued within 14-16 business days of a qualifying request

2.2 Credit Calculation

- Credits are calculated at the full purchase price of the original transaction

- Credits expire 12 months from the date of issuance

- Credits are non-transferable and apply only to Travessure services

3. Eligibility for Credits

3.1 Strict Qualification Criteria

Service Credits may be considered ONLY under the following exceptional circumstances:

- Documented, reproducible technical issues preventing core service functionality

- Proven service outages lasting more than 24 consecutive hours

- Demonstrable breach of our published service level agreement (SLA)

3.2 Explicit Exclusions

Credits WILL NOT be issued for:

- User error or misunderstanding of product capabilitiesInadequate user training or configuration

- Temporary performance fluctuations within acceptable parameters

- User's lack of technical compatibilityDissatisfaction with product features or design

4. Chargeback and Dispute Protection

4.1 Terms of Purchase

By completing a purchase, the customer affirms:

- Full understanding of the digital nature of the service

- Immediate and complete product delivery upon access

- Waiver of traditional refund rightsAcceptance of credit-only compensation model

4.2 Dispute Resolution

- All disputes must be submitted in writing to support@travessure.com

- Detailed documentation of issues is required.

- Travessure reserves sole discretion in evaluating credit requests

- Internal review process typically takes 10-15 business days.

4.3 Chargeback Defense

For any chargeback or payment processor dispute, Travessure will provide:

- Proof of immediate service activation

- Clear terms of service documentation

- Documented communication of digital product terms

- Evidence of continuous service availability

- User account access logs

- Comprehensive purchase agreement acknowledging digital service delivery

5. Legal Protections

5.1 Binding Agreement

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement

- Customers waive rights to cash refunds upon service access

- Credits represent the sole remedy for service dissatisfaction

5.2 Jurisdiction

- All disputes are governed by Wyoming law

- Any legal challenges will be resolved through binding arbitration

- Customer agrees to pay all legal fees if dispute is found in Travessure's favor

6. Special Provisions

6.1 Fraud Prevention

Travessure actively monitors and reserves the right to:

- Permanently suspend accounts with suspicious refund or credit patterns

- Block users attempting repeated service abuse

- Pursue legal action for fraudulent activities

- Share fraud data with payment processors and relevant authorities

6.2 Modification of Policy

- Travessure reserves the right to modify this policy at any time

- Changes become effective immediately upon posting

- Continued use of service constitutes acceptance of new terms
